    Lindsay Taube   Apprentice

Hi, my name is Lindsay, and I have been working with the Bristles & Shears team since June 2007.   I started off being trained as a receptionist.   As I quickly became secure with working the front desk, I was then trained to be a shampoo assistant.   After about two years of shampooing, I was graciously offered a chance to become an apprentice under Dianne and the other stylists.   After a couple of years working underneath Dianne’s wings, I finally received my license in October 2011.   I have truly been born and raised in this salon.   I am the first Bristles baby! And I have enjoyed every minute of it!   Although I have only been on the floor for a short time, I have been practicing and learning on friends and family for the past couple years!   I truly enjoy foiling and coloring as I am learning the aspects of the color world.   I have also had a lot of practice with finishing different looks and I enjoy sending my clients out the door with a great style!   I also enjoy taking time to go to hair shows with the rest of the team, and retaining different ever-changing trends of the hair industry!   I also have had tremendous practice with Brazilian Blowouts.   I thoroughly enjoy taking super curly or coarse hair and making it straight and beautiful!   Although my prices are lower, I always take the time to ask the more experienced stylists for advice before making any decisions, therefore my work is always guaranteed!   Now that I am fully rounded with the different jobs in this salon, I feel it will make me a better stylist in the future.   It would be a great pleasure to take care of you on your next visit here at Bristles & Shears!   And, I look forward to meeting you!
